This is a place to share your learnings in Geography 12 with other students. You will be required to make at least one post each week.

Oxbow Lake
An oxbow lake is formed when a river creates a meander, due to the river eroding its banks. After a long period of time it becomes curved and eventually it will touch the opposite side of the river and cuts through the neck. This is in mature lakes.
